The end of the fiscal year is upon us as we begin our initial decent into the infamous fourth quarter. These final three months of the year will determine whether an organization's goals were met, objectives were accomplished and overall progress was made from the previous year. With that said, one thing that all executives are going to be asking for this holiday season is for a strong finish in Q4. Let's face it -- it's hard for executives to find ways to motivate employees as the year comes to a close. Confidence is the ability to speak boldly, with morale and firmness. You are don't need to feel inferior over anything, we are especially created, we gat to love ourselves, appreciate who you are. The longer I live , the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude , to me , is more important than facts.It is more important than the past , than education,than money,than circumstances,than failures,than successes,than what there people think or say or do.It is more important than appearance,gifted ability,or skill. It will make or break a company,a church , a home..! The remarkabl e thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace from than day.We can't change our past, we can't change the fact that people act in a certain way.We cannot change the inevitable.The only thing that we can do play on the one string that we have and this string is attitude. I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me and ninety percent how i react to it. And so it is with you..!WE ARE IN CHARGE OF OUR ATTITUDES..!!!!
